An expanded workshop of Community Council for the protection of small and  medium-sized enterprises  took place on 28 June in the Moscow Interregional Transport Procecutor’s Office. That was the first time the Council met with new members of business and social community of Moscow region, as well as with the Moscow Regional Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev and the Commissioner for the protection of the Rights of Entreprenuers in Moscow Tatiana Mineeva.

     Most typical violations that supervision and law-enforcement authorities committed in its business inspection were at the topic of discussion as well as wrong activities economic entities still carried out.

     The deputy of the Moscow interregional transport prosecutor Oleg Openishev who was empowered as a chairman encouraged the representatives attending the session to collaborate with the LEA and activities being increased in order to supply the prosecuting authorities with the information of system violations and current business problems over transport activity. This proposal has been supported by all members who shared the positive interacting experience with the prosecuting authorities they ever had.
