This is another success story with the municipal contract being not paid again. The businessman from Dzerzhinsk urban district got paid in full after an intervention of Moscow Regional Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.

    In December 2018  a private company participated and wan a competition of emergency dispatch and  technical  service, that was held by municipality school  with total amounted to101800 rubles. The work has been fully performed in time, but the employer started evade to pay under the contract, referring to Dzerzhinsk administration has not allocated money for this obligation.           The entrepreneur applied to local authorities and was assured of ongoing funding in full, including these commitments. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev consistently helps the businessmen in a similar situation, and with this in mind the CEO of LLC appealed to the Business Ombudsman for the support.  Having considered the arguments Vladimir Golovnev directed the file to the Regional Office of Auditor General for further inspection. As a result, the debt has been  settled in its entirety.
With the cooperation of the Controller Office a positive outcome is likely over 95% of issues in the short term with fully contracts payments arranged on businessmen accounts. But this situation with retaken money does not still contribute to enhanced business effectiveness - noted Vladimir Golovnev. The state and municipal tasks must be carried out more responsibly by the right authorities to growth in the number of SMP subjects.

   Many entrepreneurs are out of business without payment as well as the state is out of employment and taxation.
