An entrepreneurs joint meeting was held last Friday in Odintsovo urban district. The Moscow Regional Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev and the Moscow Region first Deputy Prosecutor Valery Voinov participated this meeting.
    Seven businessmen applied for supporting and protecting their rights and legal interests. From various Moscow regions they are : Balashiha, Orehovo-Zuevo, Bogorodsky urban district, Electrostal, Odintsovo and Khimki.

This way of working has  proved its very efficiency and reliability over four years. In the course of prosecutorial inspections it is possible to restore the rights of businessmen in 80% cases- noted Vladimir Golovnev. He added also, that such trusting and productive relations of regional procuracy and relevant authorities  develop favourable environment for business activity in Moscow Region.
    Maintaining the legitimacy, prevention of authorities systematic abuse and misconduct - is a basement of law society.
     Among other important aspects discussed at the meeting, the claims of  illegal criminal business prosecution  were raised. As well as issues of police refusal of criminal proceedings to be initiated,  groundless inspections being conducted and other administrative obstacles. All questions will be checked in the short term, if there are any grounds for procuratorial actions as appropriate.  Until the end of process the cases are still under the Commissioner control.
