Over 600 business applications received the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev in the first quarter of 2020 year.
This was announced by the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev. Up to 578 appeals were considered during the first three months this year.
According to the Vladimir Golovnev's words, most of complaints were forwarded from public receptions of 49 Moscow Region municipalities.
8 - from Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights, 154- were forwarded to Vladimir Golovnev to be considered personally.
Thus, 88% of appeals are related to the law clarifications, and the rest - to legislation amendment.
"Nearly 37 public receptions are operating today in Moscow Region, including the intermunicipal onces. Along with public receptions, the Commissioner's Office practically is available 24 hours a day in March this year. We help out as much as possible for small and medium business, supply with all information and explanation required, take business applications. "- added Vladimir Golovnev.
Most of all, in the first quarter of 2020, entrepreneurs emphasized in their complaints the local authority actions - 46,7%, the territorial representatives of federal executive authorities - 35% (34,8%), Moscow Region state authorities –
17, 8%.
In particular, the administrative obstacles issues - 22,2% of all the applications received in the first quarter of 2020, the law enforcement authority actions - 20,7%, the land and property relations - 14%, non- stationary trade - 13,3%, the state and municipal procurement - 9,6%, regulators - 5,2%.
"Having compared the previous periods, we noted a decrease in numbers of last two issues." - clarified Vladimir Golovnev, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman.
"It is worth noting, that in addition to the work with business appeals, the heads of public receptions of Moscow Region Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights constantly provide free consultations and legal support, as well as methodical and information support for entrepreneurs. These measures let businessmen keep their activities, participate the support programs of small and medium business, deal with other important issues.
