The Krasnogorsk entrepreneurs are changing the way they work while business is on pause so far.

    The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev become convinced of an ability being flexible and stay afloat in what is a very fluid situation.

    Along with Krasnogorsk urban district head Elmira Hajmursina and a head of Commissioner's public reception Denis Frantsusov, Vladimir Golovnev visited an Irish pub with a very smart business and its team conservation. The restaurant turned to food delivery since the high alert situation was launched, although this service was not available before. Instead of the empty halls without guests, various combo meals and dishes from the main menu can be ordered either by aggregators or by "Made in Krasnogorsk" portal.  And, according to the pab manager Michael Fomenko, the first are noticeably lagging behind: 80% of all orders we received through municipal services. As a result, the losses from enforced delays are partly compensated, that allow us to keep jobs and staff wages.

    "It is really sad spectacle on one hand - stopped construction sites, closed beauty salons, gyms, playgrounds, catering. On the other hand, along with economic bloc of Moscow Region Goverment and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we have to decide how to support the entrepreneurs and save jobs. The self-isolation regime will be over sooner or later and people will start working again. "- said the Krasnogorsk head Elmira Hajmursina.

     In this order, municipal administration set up its portal "Made in Krasnogorsk", with up to 40 entities represented : restaurants and cafes, children educational facilities that provide online services.

    "The Moscow Region Goverment has drawn up a broader range of supporting measures for business. All funds increased. Thus, a large volume of industry development fund increased up to 1,17  milliard of rubles. This provides an opportunity of low-cost credits for enterprises, and the fund's portfolio of small and medium business microfinance is 525 million of rubles. 

    The additional resources let enterprises to purchase commodity and equipment, to afford the services. The capitalization of the guarantee fund increased up to 225 million rubles. 

    "Today we can see a real support provided for businessmen." - noted Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in Moscow Region. 

    In next week the pub administration is ready to take some supporting measure: the subsidies for staff salaries in a size of minimum wage. 

    In accordance to 576 Goverment Decision from 24.04.20 "On approval of the Rules for small and medium business subsidy in 2020, working in economic sectors of Russian Federation worst hit by the crisis of new Coronavirus pandemic proliferation", the Moscow Region Tax Service is forming special register of subsidy recipients. On May 8th 2020 over 16553 requests were received. 

    The payments for April will be based on the applications from 01.05.20 till 01.06.20 and start on May 19th of 2020 year. 

    The payments for May will be based on the applications from 01.06.20 till 01.07.20 and start on June 19th of 2020 year.
