According to the words of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, in the background of Coronavirus pandemic proliferation and restrictions imposed, the mediation effectively allows entrepreuners to resolve conflicts on pre-trial stage.

    "Meanwhile, a discharge of judicial authorities is not the main task of mediation. More important for businessmen is the prevention and resolution of disputes and conflicts on pre-trial stage, avoiding heavy court procedure. It worth noting, that such free legal interaction, including the Moscow Region practice, let partnerships to develop as well as civilized business relationships to form. That entails father harmonization of social relations in general. "- noted Vladimir Golovnev.

    The Moscow Region became the first Russian Federation subject, used to collaborating and interacting with various departments within mediation development. On September 23rd of 2019 year in Moscow Region Department of Justice took place the tripartite agreement signing between the regional law chamber, Moscow Region Department of Justice and the Moscow Region Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights as part of regional mediation center work.

    To date the tripartite agreements is in the process of being signed, related to the cooperation of Moscow Region municipal facilities, based on the regional agreement signed before. 

    The tripartite agreements have been already signed in Krasnogorsk and Egoryevsk urban districts. Gradual signing of the agreements are planned by the rest of municipal facilities. "- informed Vladimir Golovnev. 

    Since January 2020, the heads of 36 public receptions, acting in Moscow Region, more actively promote to businessmen the mediation way of conflict resolution. Many civil disputes are being resolved peacefully out of court. And such examples are growing in Moscow Region. Just in the last 4 months the public receptions heads along with Moscow Region Mediation Center have settled 287 business appeals. Thus, in April this year, three disputes were resolved in Egoryevsk urban district, related to the RGD ticket return, emergency situation with municipal property damage due to leak, the current rent reduction, and rent concellation of an individual entrepreneur for one month.
