On November 10th of 2020 the Moscow Region Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights Vladimir Golovnev, along with the head of the Ruza city district Nikolai Parkhomenko, the city prosecutor Alexey Raseikin and the head of the Commissioner's public reception Georgy Etsiev, held a reception for entrepreneurs.

    Five local businessmen, whose rights and legitimate interests were violated, applied for help.  The complaints were related to difficulties in registering a land plot under a real estate object in ownership, with illegal actions of bailiffs who wrote off taxes from account, that were paid previously, with unlawful requirements of former organization employees  for illicit enrichment.  There were also requests for assistance in purchasing CT and MRI equipment necessary for the city district.  Explanations and recommendations were given to entrepreneurs on each topic.

    “The questions were different.  For example, the situation with the Internet provider.  The businessman provides Internet connections to remote villages, leasing poles from Mosoblenergo.  Initially, there were only one lease agreements, then the price increased markedly.  Providing a socially oriented service becomes impossible to execute.  Several thousand residents of the Moscow region are in danger of being disconnected. Here, of course, it is important to jointly participate in resolving disputes - both the regional authorities and the administrations of municipalities.  Indeed, for businessmen in pandemic conditions saving time for solving problems and promptly making certain decisions comes first”, commented Vladimir Golovnev.

    “There has been a change of public reception' head in Ruza.  Today the reception is headed by an experienced lawyer and public figure Georgy Etsiev.  Every second Tuesday of the month you can meet with him within the local administration, on other days - by phoning Georgy Isaevich beforehand”, said the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman.
