The head speaker of the event was the head of the company "Integral-T" Olga Sinyatynskaya, which described in detail the participants of the event on the procedure for submitting the report and registration of the waste passport.
According to Olga Sinyatinskaya, in 2021, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities registered in the way prescribed are required to submit a report on waste generated.
"The main difference between the waste report in the current year is the need to issue a waste passport. This document contains information on laboratory waste studies, quantities and hazard class. Currently, the waste passport is compiled on solid utility waste of the I-IV of the hazard class. After approval of the waste passport, it is necessary to submit information to the Waste Cadastre of the Moscow Region. The head of the Territorial Department of Ecoline-Voskresensk LLC, Andrei Zuev, was also introduced to their comments and explanations during the discussion.
Recall, LLC Ekolin-Voskresensk is the official operator for the export and disposal of waste in the Resurrection Cluster of the Moscow Region, which serves 8 municipalities - Shatura, Egorievsk, Roshal, Lyubertsy, Bronnitsy, Zhukovsky, Ramensky and Voskresensk urban districts.
To control the compliance with the current legislation to certify waste and conducting the inventory of waste will be the city prosecutor's office. Meeting participants also warned about administrative responsibility for non-compliance with compulsory reporting requirements.
In case of identifying the fact of non-submission of information in the Waste Cadastre, an individual entrepreneur is to be fined of 10 to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities will pay from 100 to 200 thousand rubles, officials from 20 to 50 thousand rubles.
If the report is commissioned with the non-compliance with the deadlines (until 20.04.2021) or in an incomplete amount, individual entrepreneurs will pay 5-10 thousand rubles, legal entities from 50 to 150 thousand rubles, officials - from 10 to 30 thousand rubles.
During the meeting, the experts answered the questions of entrepreneurs and clarified the nuances of the new procedure.
