In the city district of Mytishchi, a seminar-meeting was held with the participation of the heads of public reception offices of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the municipalities of the Moscow Region.

During the seminar, the results of the work for 9 months were summed up and the tasks for 2022 and the following 2023 were outlined. The participants were told in detail about alternative dispute settlement methods actively developing in Russia – a set of procedures that contribute to resolving the conflict out of court. These include, for example, mediation, arbitration (arbitration proceedings), negotiations, judicial conciliation. It was about three main technologies of out-of-court dispute settlement: mediation, arbitration and the Commissioner's working groups. The analysis of these forms, the permissibility of their application, the specifics of implementation and regulation is carried out. (More details in the presentation). The heads of public reception offices discussed the participation of business in the mobilization processes, the necessary measures to support business during the period of partial mobilization Knowledge and competence are the two pillars on which the work of the team of public business advocates in the region is based. In order for an increasing number of entrepreneurs to receive assistance and protection of their legitimate interests, we regularly hold educational seminars with the heads of our public reception offices in the field, - summed up the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
