Employees of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Moscow Region at the event explained the application of the provisions of federal legislation in terms of the budget system of the Russian Federation, as well as answers to emerging questions. In accordance with Federal Law No. 263-FL of 07/14/2022, from January 1st of 2023, all organizations and individuals (including individual entrepreneurs) will have to pay taxes, fees, and insurance premiums with a unified tax payment (UTP). To do this, Unified Tax Account is being introduced, which allows changing and simplifying the mechanism for fulfilling the obligation to pay taxes and ensuring an economically justified calculation of the amount of penalties for the total amount owed to the budget. At the same time, uniform deadlines for paying taxes are established, which simplifies the taxpayers' payment calendar and allows paying all taxes one time per month by a single tax payment. - The Tax Service is introducing a new, very convenient service. With the introduction of an unified tax Invoice, the payment procedure is simplified by combining different amounts in one payment.
