The Business Ombudsman told what questions entrepreneurs address to the contact center of the Commissioner.
Since the beginning of January, a contact center has been operating in the Moscow Region, created on the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed who have applied to the contact center's hotline at number 8 (800) 550-63-53 receive free legal assistance.
- Analyzing the subject of calls received during the first month of operation of the contact center, we can note a wide range of issues of concern to entrepreneurs. Such as taxation, calculation of the cost of garbage removal, change in the cadastral value of land plots, receiving subsidies when opening an individual entrepreneur, how to use support measures of the Moscow Region and much more, - said the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
Everyone who applies to the contact center is provided with a consultation. In cases requiring more detailed consideration of the issue, it is proposed to write a written appeal.
