The director of the publishing group addressed to Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow region. The entrepreneur complained about the inaction of bailiffs to collect debts on the won court decision.

Starting from April 2021, the company could not get its counterparty to pay for the services provided under the contract. Even the proceedings won in court did not lead to the proper result. For a long time, the district bailiffs have not taken any effective measures for enforcement proceedings.

The director of the company turned to the Business Ombudsman of the Moscow Region to protect his rights and legitimate interests. According to the requests of the Commissioner sent to the main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia of the Moscow Region and the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region, checks were carried out on the appeal. It was established that in connection with violations of the terms of execution of enforcement actions committed by bailiffs, prescriptions were made on the elimination of violations, which were considered and satisfied.

As of the end of March this year, the debtor company has repaid the debt to the applicant in full.
