The CEO  of a large production turned for help to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

A limited liability company is the owner of a large-scale industrial facility on the basis of which a group of companies engaged in the production of cotton products, cosmetics and household chemicals operates. The company provides thousands of jobs in the region and is one of the largest taxpayers in the Moscow Region.

The company decided to modernize production by commissioning new production buildings, and therefore there was a need to increase water consumption and sanitation for the implementation of production processes. To do this, she applied to a resource-supplying organization with an application for the issuance of technical specifications for increasing water consumption to 500 m3 per day. The technical specifications issued by the vodokanal, implied the repair and construction of the city water supply network of the city district at the expense of the company. Due to the large amount of costs, these technical conditions could not be fulfilled by the enterprise.

For help, the CEO of LLC turned to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, Vladimir Golovnev.  

To develop a roadmap for solving the problem, at the initiative of the Business Ombudsman, a meeting of the working group of the Expert Council under the Commissioner was held. Anatoly Shestakov, the head of the public reception in the Balashikha city district, was connected to the issue. The working group was attended by representatives of the applicant, the resource supply organization, relevant regional departments. As a result, it was decided to help the applicant in drawing up an application for technological connection on the unified regional portal of public services, as well as to accompany the organization until the technical connection is completed.

According to the results of the execution of the investment agreement concluded with the resource supply organization, the company is provided with cold water supply. Technical conditions have been issued to meet the needs of the enterprise. At the moment, the company forms an application to the Committee on Prices and Tariffs of the Moscow Region on the establishment of connection fees on an individual basis.
