At the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, along with the Moscow Region Chamber of Advocates, conducted a training webinar for business owners and managers on the topic "Challenging the results of tax audits".

During the webinar, speaker Alexey Ivanov said that according to statistics, about 82-85% of decisions of tax authorities in the Moscow Region are recognized as legitimate. Currently, there is a tendency to reduce the number of court claims. In most cases, the actions of inspections are recognized as legitimate, and therefore the pre-trial appeal of decisions is of great importance. Separately, the speaker gave explanations about the procedure and timing of appealing decisions, gave specific examples.

Attention was paid to the process of negotiations with the tax authorities, preparation and stages of the trial.
