Vladimir Golovnev named the main issues coming to the public reception offices of the Business Ombudsman in the urban districts of the Moscow Region.
The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev told what questions entrepreneurs have most often addressed to public reception offices in municipalities of the Moscow Region since the beginning of 2023.
On the territory of the Moscow Region, 36 reception offices of the Commissioner operate in 49 city districts. Reception managers are experienced businessmen and public figures who enjoy the respect and high level of trust of the business community. They help protect the rights and legitimate interests of local businesses, increase the legal literacy of business entities, and inform about the possibilities of state support.
- We divide all incoming requests into complaints, questions, suggestions and requests. If we analyze the subject of complaints, they most often relate to land and property relations - 23% and administrative barriers (21%). The topics of issues requiring additional clarification and advice relate to taxation (25%), land legislation (20%), legal regulation of business (13%) and support measures (11%)," Vladimir Golovnev said.
The Commissioner also noted the great work of the reception offices on legal education of the business community of the Moscow Region. Training webinars, meetings and round tables are regularly held with the involvement of experts on topics of concern to business.
