A meeting of the working group of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region was held, at which the appeal of an individual entrepreneur was considered. 

The applicant appealed to Vladimir Golovnev with a request for assistance in preserving the capital construction facility located in the area of reconstruction of the highway.

During the meeting of the working group of the Expert Council, with the involvement of all interested parties, the circumstances that gave rise to the entrepreneur's appeal were considered.

The applicant expressed his opinion about the redundancy of the requirements established by the designer for the organization of traffic at the location of the object, while confirming his readiness to carry out measures to bring the object and its location into compliance with the requirements of road safety documents.

Following the results of the meeting, the applicant was recommended to contact the State Institution of the Moscow Region "Directorate of Road Construction" to organize interaction with the general designer of reconstruction on the development of technical solutions and ensure road safety, provided that the object is preserved.

Until the issue is fully resolved, it remains under the control of the Commissioner.
