The municipal public reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region helped a young entrepreneur in business development.

A large family from the Moscow Region is engaged in a business selling cotton candy, popcorn and ice cream. Mobile points of sale with sweets pleases the children of the city.

To expand the business, the entrepreneur appealed to the city administration with a request to include additional places for the placement of mobile retail facilities in the scheme of placement of non-stationary retail facilities on the territory of the municipality. However, he received an unsubscription.

Then, for the protection of his rights, the businessman turned to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

The head of the public reception, Anatoly Shestakov, organized a meeting to resolve the issue with the participation of the head of the Consumer Market and Services Department of the city administration, during the discussion, the entrepreneur was given appropriate explanations and assisted in making an application for a mobile point of sale lease agreement through the regional portal of public services of the Moscow Region.

The issue remains under the control of the Commissioner.
