The Government of the Russian Federation has approved a list of types of recyclable products, the producers of which will receive state support. The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

From March the1st of 2024, manufacturers of recyclable goods will be able to receive state support. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the order approving the list of such products.

The list includes various types of cement and concrete, building mixes, biofuels, fiberglass and plastic products, cardboard and paper, mineral wool, rubber crumb coatings, rubber tiles, mastics and sealants, roofing and waterproofing materials.

State support will be provided within the framework of the state program "Development of Industry and increasing its competitiveness" and the program of preferential loans of the Industrial Development Fund.

- According to the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and the Ministry of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow Region, about 160 enterprises are involved in the processing of secondary material resources in the Moscow Region. In the first half of 2023 alone, more than 28 million cubic meters of construction waste were processed in the region. Of course, enterprises that preserve the environment need support, and the measures taken by the state should stimulate the creation of new processing facilities in the Moscow Region," said Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
