The Moscow Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev was approached by the CEO of a retail company.
In his statement, he asked to understand the reasons for the unlawful refusal to install a sign on the facade of the building.
To indicate the location of the store, the entrepreneur submitted an application to the local administration for approval of the installation of an information placement device (signage) on the building in which he carries out trade. The attached package of documents contained the concept of the exterior information design of the facade of the building, previously agreed with the local government.
According to the applicant, the administration received an unjustified refusal to provide a municipal service.
On behalf of Vladimir Golovnev, the head of the public reception of the Commissioner in the Balashikha city district Anatoly Shestakov connected the city prosecutor's office to solving the issue.
As a result of the inspection, the Balashikha City Prosecutor's Office submitted a submission to the head of the city district on the elimination of violations of current legislation.
