The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman reminded entrepreneurs how to prevent an inspector's visit.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, more than 100 thousand entrepreneurs are protected from unjustified interference by supervisors in a planned manner.
The number of inspections and other control measures in 2024 will not exceed 50 thousand. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev reminded businesses about the existing self-examination tools.

Business entities can also get acquainted with the planned verification measures of their interest for the current year on the Unified Portal of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation in the section "Unified Register of control (Supervisory) measures/Unified Register of inspections" - https://proverki.gov.ru/portal.
- The Moscow Region Government team is doing everything to make doing business in the region more comfortable. Since May 2022, a digital service has been operating on the RPGU portal https://uslugi.mosreg.ru/ for the convenience of entrepreneurs, which makes it possible to facilitate procedural communication between business and regulatory authorities and shorten the time of their interaction - Vladimir Golovnev said.
The Commissioner explained that with the help of the service, the business chooses a convenient date and time for the preventive measure and can send an application to the supervisory authority. 35 forms of documents for business and regulatory authorities are available for entrepreneurs in their personal account at the RPGU: notifications, petitions, notices, acts, regulations and protocols. The service unites 14 departments and 42 types of supervision in the Moscow Region, including 6 federal, 30 regional and 6 municipal. Since the introduction of the service, more than 3000 preventive measures have been carried out.
