The public reception offices of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev work on a permanent basis in 46 municipalities of the region.

The range of issues that entrepreneurs come to them with is wide. This includes information on measures to support SMEs in the region, issues of selecting a suitable land plot or premises for a business, benefits and a system of additional education for beginners and, of course, legal advice. The most pressing issues of concern to business today were discussed at a working meeting with colleagues by the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

The meeting with the Business Ombudsman was attended by the heads of public reception offices in the Khimki city district – Andrey Tsenterov, in the Podolsk city district – Alexandra Tsvetkova and the head of the Mediation Center of the Moscow Region- Maria Svetlova.

During the meeting, they discussed topical issues that businesses address to public receptions. Thus, the head of the public reception of the Commissioner in the Khimki city district Andrey Tsenterov gave an example of how the assistance of the reception helped a commercial and industrial enterprise to recalculate a multimillion claim for water supply.

In turn, the head of the reception in Podolsk Alexandra Tsvetkova said that the most common topics of appeals to the reception are issues of the procedure for providing land and premises for doing business.

The head of the Mediation Center of the Moscow Region Maria Svetlova shared the prospect of another signing of a trilateral agreement on the development of conciliation procedures in one of the Moscow Region cities.  Similar agreements have already been signed in Yegoryevsk, Volokolamsk, Krasnogorsk, Shatura and Leninsky city districts. In total, in 2023, the Mediation Center considered 313 disputes, of which 90% were settled in a pre-trial manner with a positive result for each party.
