Entrepreneurs from 7 urban districts of the Moscow Region appealed to the Business Ombudsman and the regional prosecutor for protection of their rights.
The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergei Zabaturin, held a joint reception for entrepreneurs.
10 businessmen applied for protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
The event was held within the walls of the Commissioner's office. Entrepreneurs from 7 urban districts - Solnechnogorsk, Domodedovo, Khimki, Serpukhov, Voskresensk, Podolsk, Odintsovo - addressed their complaints directly to the prosecutor of the Moscow Region and the Business Ombudsman.
The complaints of entrepreneurs mainly concerned the actions of local governments, excessive administrative pressure, disputes with energy companies, issues of technological connection, actions or inaction of law enforcement agencies.
An example is the story of one of the businessmen, whose company carries out social gasification of settlements in the region. The company faced illegal actions of the resource supply organization, and therefore applied for an appointment. The participants of the meeting, having clarified a number of details and requested the necessary documents, took control of the issue.
- The main task of our joint meetings with the prosecutor's office is to analyze each specific situation, give it an appropriate legal assessment and find a solution to the problem. In some cases, we use mediation procedures. A lot of work is being done by the heads of our public reception offices and public assistants in the urban districts of the Moscow Region. A favorable business climate in the region is very important for us, because the creation and production of innovative products within the framework of import substitution and the development of the region's economy as a whole depend on it" - concluded Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
- Every situation that entrepreneurs come to the reception with is exclusive, multi-layered. It is important to find the right solution in order to eliminate those violations that hinder business in a normal business mode," said Sergey Zabaturin, the Prosecutor of the Moscow Region.
Checks will be carried out on all applications considered during the joint reception and, if necessary, measures of prosecutorial response will be taken. Until the problem is resolved, the appeals remain under the control of the Commissioner.
