More than two hundred thousand rubles were owed by the city administration to the entrepreneur under the executed contract. 

Thanks to the actions of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, it was possible to help pay the resulting debt.

Based on the results of the electronic auction, a limited liability company has signed a contract with the local administration for the provision of printing services and the production of printed souvenirs. The work was completed in full and on time, but there was no payment for it. Attempts to resolve the issue on their own did not yield results, and the company's management appealed to the Business Ombudsman for protection of their rights.

Having seen a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of the entrepreneur, the Commissioner sent a request to the head of the city district to repay the debt. The funds were transferred in full to the applicant's account.
