With the assistance of the ombudsman for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Moscow region, the conflict between the Podolsk printing company and the resource-supplying organization was resolved.

Within the framework of the working group, the Expert Council considered the appeal of VMS-Print JSC with a complaint against the actions of Mosoblenergo, which had established requirements for technological connection to the power supply networks not provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

According to the applicant's arguments, the resource-supplying organization groundlessly and illegally insists on the need for the enterprise to build a distribution substation for technological connection to the power grids. Mosoblenergo intentionally and illegally leaves out other, less costly possibilities of connecting to the power grids.

All interested parties were invited to participate in the discussion of the current situation - representatives of the applicant, Mosoblenergo, the Ministry of Energy of the Moscow Region and the administration of the Podolsk city district.

During the meeting, a representative of the ministry noted the legitimacy of the actions of Mosoblenergo in terms of ensuring the reliability of power transmission to consumers, and also reported on a set of measures developed with the participation of the applicant and the energy supplying organization that would reduce the cost of connection from 72 million rubles to 1-1.5 million

Representatives of the company said that the proposal of the Ministry of Energy fully satisfies them, as it will make it possible to make a technological connection to the power grid within a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost.

Within 20 days, it is planned to sign an agreement between Mosoblenergo and VMS-Print. And since the implementation of the full range of measures for technological connection to the power supply networks by the company will take about 6 months, the situation remains under the control of the Commissioner and the Ministry of Energy of the Moscow Region.
