The business challenges are under discussion by expert society in Yaroslavl
The VII transregional business ombudsmen briefing is taking place these days in Yaroslavl. The representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, business associations, legislative and executive authorities, attorneys and regional entrepreneurs got together at one location to discuss once again the meaningful business development and setting it up in progress.
A specific plenary meeting, in particular, over federal project of business conditions and activities which require priority improvement was held today. The participants during the meeting had a thorough discussion on the project implementation in regions, the reform of state supervision procedures and monitoring activities and business charges for fulfilling of the state requirements. They have also expressed their concerns of national business activities in the country.
Having mentioned the positive dynamic, the Moscow Regional Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev indicated the lack of existing actions. The very significant challenge the small business faces nowadays is a failure to compete against well-established retail chains. - We can see the reform of state supervisory and monitoring activities got stuck and does not achieve any positive development in advance. Business is still under law enforcement pressure with an unfair competition might be occurred. There are repeated systematic difficulties with tender participation and procurement in order of the Federal Law 44-FZ (legislation over mandatory tender procedures - NDLR). All the regions have identical problems which might have been solved collaboratively. As an example, the plenary resolution was submitted to the Federal Ombudsman Boris Titov who is in charge to transfer it straight to the top government level to be ensured properly and more favourable business climate may be achieved with these actions as well -concluded Vladimir Golovnev.
Another six round-table discussions will be held during the transregional briefing, the one of which the Moscow Regional Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev is empowered to moderate.
