A shared workshop was held by  the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev together with the Lyubertsi mayor Vladimir Ruzhitskiy and the representatives of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Union. 

An industrial policy implementation in Moscow region was discussed during the meeting. The connection costs to resources supply companies (gas, electricity, etc.) goes up constantly as well as other rates increases, complained entrepreneurs. But industry efficiency is undergoing significant reduction due to decline in the demand. This situation turned out to be a closed loop with only one way out: intervention from regional officials.
