Vladimir Golovnev met with entrepreneurs of Bronnitsy
Last Tuesday, the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in the Moscow Region, Vladimir Golovnev, together with the head of the Bronnitsy urban district, Viktor Nevolin, and the head of the public reception of the business ombudsman Alla Rodina, took part in an extended meeting of the Board of Directors of enterprises, organizations and entrepreneurs of Bronnitsy.
In the course of communication with the business community, issues of support and development of industry in the region and urban district were raised. In particular, they talked about checks carried out in relation to business, difficulties in re-registering legal entities coming from other regions to the Moscow Region, difficulties in obtaining building permits and accession to gas and electricity networks.
- Today we are facing a serious problem. On the one hand, the presumption of knowledge of the law, on the other - multifaceted and rather specific regulation of entrepreneurial activity. A huge amount of legislative, and most importantly, by-laws, regulates, it would seem, every little thing. The system of informing about changes, despite the development of the Internet, still seems insufficient. For the most part, entrepreneurs break the rules not because they want to break the law, but because they do not always know it. One of our priorities is legal education. Very many problems could have been avoided if initially acted correctly, ”Vladimir Golovnev noted at the meeting.
