From Kaliningrad to Kamchatka - this is the exactly extended range of VII annual conference of Moscow Regional Commissioner Institute, that took place these weekend and was set at the park-hotel "Orlovsky" the Leninsky urban district. The event participated by business ombudsmen from 31 regions, heads of public receptions and Moscow Regional Commissioner public assistants, business networks leaders and federal business Ombudsman Boris Titov personally. The entrepreneurial systemic issues were discussed at the summit as well as experience-sharing of  municipalities interaction.

The federal issues also were raised during the meeting in addition. The participants discussed the problem of business being fractured, the ENVD  (income tax) cancel, application of a professional work tax, illicit criminal proceedings in business activity, freezing accounts and many other topics.
   The event closed with awards ceremony for the best reception heads and businesses partners.
