The small and large businesses cooperation: is it a myth or reality?
An extended workshop of Moscow Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs’ management took place at the Mytischi plant "Metrovagonmash" today. This meeting was shared by the regional Government vice-chairman Vadim Hromov, the regional ombudsmen office chief Natalia Chudakova, the head of Moscow Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry Igor Kuimov. The heads and representatives of most Moscow Region industrial enterprises also participated this workshop.
The cooperation possibility of small and large businesses issue was discussed at the meeting led by the head of Moscow Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MRCCI) Viktor Danilenko.
-it is really necessary to unite in spite of the slow subcontract development- commented the meeting the Moscow Regional Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
- A major producer, first, doesn't know of his potential suppliers have been working in the same region. - Secondly, small business does not always get a chance to comply with the requirements of prominent customers, who make a lot of difficult demands sometimes. In addition to extensive list of documents there is one crucial condition: the payment delay is 30 to 60 calendar days when contracting. This is a long time for small business, and many deals are rejected consequently.
The counterparties are another equally important factor, involving synchronization and coordination of its inspections at the time of contract conclusion.
The businessman became the reliable one with a tax debt absence without any further risks-this is the initiative supported by the regional Government vice-chairman Vadim Hromov. He offered that the regional tax office might be provided with this consolidated position of Moscow Region business.
I assume, this overall opinion will reach the right authorities in the short time- summarized Vladimir Golovnev.
