Every enterprise should have its own protected ecozones
The seminar "problematic issues of Ecology & Earth protection zones: setting and using of industrial lands within their limits" was organised in Krasnogorsk by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev in coordination with Moscow Region Rospotrebnadzor department.

The Moscow region human rights activists were briefed of alternative way to resolve conflicts.
A special workshop of pre-judical dispute settlement was held in the Moscow Region Government House. The actual lawyers and heads of business ombudsman public receptions informed the participants of what kind the opportunity for entrepreneurs a mediation provided. Based on the principles of voluntariness, confidentiality and impartiality the mediation is becoming increasingly popular today. A tripartite agreement was signed on 23 September 2019 between the Moscow Region Chamber of Advocates, the Moscow Region department of Ministry of Justice of Russian Federation and the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev. This agreement was a good beginning for the Moscow Region Mediation Center. It is important to note that the Moscow Region is the first one among other Russian Federation regions having such collaboration and cooperation practice in mediation development between various authorities.
The mediation procedures make it possible to deal with the civil, administrative and other public disputes, including the business occurs as well as family and employment relationships. The only exception is either a collective labour dispute or a third party interests being involved.

Cooperative inputs with Prosecutor's office being jointly engaged allows to restore the entrepreneur's rights in 80% of all applications.
An entrepreneurs joint meeting was held last Friday in Odintsovo urban district. The Moscow Regional Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev and the Moscow Region first Deputy Prosecutor Valery Voinov participated this meeting.
Seven businessmen applied for supporting and protecting their rights and legal interests. From various Moscow regions they are : Balashiha, Orehovo-Zuevo, Bogorodsky urban district, Electrostal, Odintsovo and Khimki. -
The benefit from commutation for Moscow regional entrepreneur
Instead of her detention the businesswoman remains under home arrest after the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev intervention.
On October this year a businesswoman, the CEO of Moscow regional company, applied to Vladimir Golovnev for support. On July 2019, legal proceedings were launched against her according to the part 4 of article 159 of Criminal Code of Russian Federation (fraud, whether committed by an organized group, either grand larceny or residential deprivation). Despite the lack of direct intent proofs of her wrongdoing and other occasions, wich indicated the controversial of allegations, a travel restriction was imposed as a preventive measure for businesswoman. Due to the family circumstances she violated the selected measure, and this fact has become a formal basis for detention.

The payment is unavoidable
Seven million rubles were paid on a state contractual debt to a Moscow regional entrepreneur after the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev intervention. In August the businessman appealed to Vladimir Golovnev of JSC "Mostransavto" unlawful actions. He has argued that all major repair works of internal combustion engine under contract were completed on time.
