The business ombudsmen helped to successfully enforce the entrepreneur's rights in court.
The Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in Primorsky Region Marina Schemilina informed of the outcomes of an individual entrepreneur's appeal, who was looking for justice over two years. He applied for the support on 29.12.19 (number 58-208-OB) and indicated that he was being sued twice by Vladivostok municipal property department. Having shared the 9/10 of ownership for item of construction in progress since 2013 (title registration 23.09.14), when building is ready for 45%, the businessman lost the second instance court case and was prohibited of building management as a result.
The second suit of the absence of property titles is in Primorsky Krai Arbital Tribunal so far.

The Commissioner itself and along with lawyers participated the Primorsky Krai Arbital Tribunal proceedings as a third person to provide full legal support to the entrepreneur in appeal and cassation instances- noted Marina Schemilina.
Thus, the entrepreneur won the case in the court of first instance in December 2018. The businessman retained his ownership of building as a result of two- year trials. In addition, the municipality is responsible for paying the legal fees for a total of 144000 rubles by court decision.
