The " Company RS Stroy" management appealed to the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev for the support in case of non-payment under municipal contract. It was concluded for renovation of walking terraces on the territory of city kindergarten "Zhuravuschka".

And even though there was no objections of terms and quality of work performed by the customer as well as all acts are signed and billed in August 2019, the money still not have been received yet.

    The Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General conducted a review, as a result of which was a full contract reimbursement. The employer shall to pay a fine for contract breach also.

    According to the article 310 of Civil Code of Russian Federation the one-sided refusal of fulfillment of the obligations is not allowed. In this case the justice has been settled in pre-trial process, therefore both sides can avoid the court proceedings as well as additional expenses - commented on Vladimir Golovnev.
