Intervention of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev helped a businessman from Serpukhov urban district to finally obtain his payment under the contract.
Fulfilling the terms of the municipal contract is only half of the battle. To get payment under this contract is nearly impossible task for lots of business owners sometimes. That makes them to apply to Business Ombudsman for the support.
Thus, with the involvement of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, the delay in contract payment has been completely eliminated last year for the amount of app. 35 million rubles (app. EUR 500,000.00). Another businessman from Serpukhov encountered with municipal contract non-payment again. The contract amount was at the about 1,40, 062.08 rubles. The reconfiguration of client's non-residential building was completely done in time, but the payment was not received. CEO of the company applied to Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev for the Protection of his rights and interests.
Having considered the arguments, Vladimir Golovnev has addressed the case to Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General for its verification. As a result of this, the debt to entrepreneur was fully satisfied.
