Over 178 of entrepreneur's appeals were received by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev just during the first month this year.
On January 2020 up to 178 complaints reached the Business Ombudsman's Office, 2 of them were forwarded from the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights, 149- were received from municipality public receptions, the rest were sent to the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman directly.
Most of the complaints concerned about the local authority's action - 43,5%, of the federal's territory executive authorities, including Moscow Region authorities - 30,4% and 26,1% respectively.
In particular, nearly 22% of all appeals received, were related to the law enforcement activity, 21,7%- of unstationary trading, 21,7%-of state and municipal procurement's violation, 13%- of administrative obstacles, 13%- of regulators - pointed out the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
"I’d also like to notice that besides working with appeals ,that is, with facts of a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of business, the heads of the public reception offices of the Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Moscow region on a permanent basis consult, provide free legal assistance and informative and methodological support to entrepreneurs on organizational and business conduct issues, participating in programs aimed to support small and medium-sized businesses and on many other issues. "
"Last month the most active work was carried out in Solnechnogorsk, Pavlovsky Posad and Lyubertsy, " Vladimir Golovnev added.
