The management of LLC "NNNP" appealed to Vladimir Golovnev, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman, of the contract violation by Zvenigorod municipal administration in the part of the provision of outdoors maintenance and cleaning services. Including the children's playgrounds, sports and containers grounds.

    «In such cases, we send an immediate request to the Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General to verify the official's inaction.

    The contractor performed its obligations in full, without any feedback on the quality and quantity of services provided, but has received a partial payment at the time of his application» - noted Vladimir Golovnev.

    According to the CEO of the company, the full recovery of the contract value supposed to be by January 9th of the 2020, but only 66% of the total amount was transferred to the LLC "NNNP" account so far. 

    On the basis of the complaint, it was established, that services were provided in full, according to acts, signed by the municipal administration, of the work performed. The partial payment was made under the contract. The remaining amount of 381 160 of rubles the administration shell transfer to the contractor's account no later than February 21st. 

    "Over 16% of appeals, received in 2019 year, were related to the state and municipal procurement's violation. This issue holds "an honored" third position in total number of requests incoming. 

    I would remind, that up to 1939 business appeals we have received during 2019 year. The efficiency of the complaint's consideration settled to 80% on the subject last year. 

    Most of all, this has been achieved through collaboration and partnership with Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General.
