Public discussion of the oversight and enforcement activity's outcomes was held in Moscow Region MES (Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation) Department.
This event participated the staff of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman' Office, heads of Moscow Region MES units, the representatives of ministries and departments of Moscow Region Goverment, the fire safety Moscow Region officials, the representatives of small and medium business and public communities.
The Deputy head of the State Inspector for fire safety in Moscow Region Viktor Sergeev delivered his report to the participants of the meeting. The last year outcomes were indicated in the report. This event was led by Sergey Voina, who is acting the Head of MES main department in Moscow Region, a Colonel.
As Viktor Sergeev noted in his statement, that the main topic of the meeting is cooperation and transparency of MES regulators to public organizations, business and residents.
The public hearings are scheduled by a priority program through the regulatory reform, which was approved by the Presidium of the Counsil of the President for strategic development and priority projects in 2016 year.
“A steady connection we keep with regional MES through regular and intensive activities to prevent of fire safety violations. In addition, we continue to keep an awareness and consultations through entrepreneurs, carry out on-site visits to production units and buildings used by entities and individual entrepreneurs. Besides, we conduct a fire audit in some cases in order to urgently eliminate the violations found to bypass any fees or requirements. To let the businessmen off with warnings most often.
