The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev met with entrepreneurs from Lubertsy urban district
On January 18th 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev met with entrepreneurs from Lubertsy urban district in the framework of the meeting. A crisis generated about tenant's property disputes was discussed and related to renting space on the territory (a total of 32 hectares) of an ex-factory by Uhtomsky for their own productions. A prolonged property dispute between local administration and owner of a factory complex requires its resolution.
Since privatization in the 1990s, its target value had changed continuously. The plant's facilities were claimed as storages at first and then they were replaced by production halls over time, and kind of a technopark "prototype" was formed. Over 330 entities with up to 2,5 thousand jobs for local residents run their activities on the plant's territory.
«A work of most enterprises came to a standstill so far, due to the administration's action that caused it. Business previously successful suffered losses, staff was placed on special unplanned leave» -reported the claim's content Vladimir Golovnev.
The current situation and its possible solution were discussed at the meeting with entrepreneurs. As a result, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev had taken business appeals under his control.
