Over 79 business appeals to protect the rights and interests received the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev in February 2020.
"Almost 96% (95,9%) of incoming complaints contain appeal, some of explanation the law and the rest are the responsibility of other government authorities. Thus, only 7 appeals came from the Office of the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights, the rest of appeals I received from my public receptions in Moscow Region municipalities ". - noted the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
At February 2020, most often businessmen were concerned about either actions or inactions of local officials (57, 1%), the local representatives of federal executive authorities (24,3%), the Moscow Region state authorities (17,1%), other authorities and officials (1,5%).
"In particular, 25,7% of all appeals related the non-stationary vending, 20%- of law enforcement activities, 15,7%- of land and property relations, 10%- violation in reimbursement, 8,6%- of administrative obstacles, 5,7%- of supervision, 4,3%- of municipal services and other issues, 2,9%- of transport system, 1,4%- of each taxation and advertisement respectively". - reported Vladimir Golovnev.
In addition to the work with complaints, that is a fact of some violation of business rights and interests, the heads of Moscow Region Business Ombudsman's public receptions constantly provide free consultations, law and information assistance to the entrepreneurs in their business, participation in small and medium business programs and other important aspects.
