The 216 Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 29.02.20 year had entered into force. It is providing for renewal registration and integration with labelling system for shoe manufacturers. Earlier, according the 860 Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 05.07.19 "On approval of the rules marking of footwear goods by identification means with applications of state information and monitoring system in circulation of footwear goods with mandatory labelling", marking the consumer package or footwear goods with its product label was compulsory by 01.03.20 year.

Following the requests of large shoe industry entities, the Moscow Region Goverment initiated the prolongation of labelling mechanism integration for 4 months to  facilitate it for this kind of business with costs reduced.

    The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev had forwarded the proposals requested to the Federal Business Ombudsman Boris Titov before.

    Currently, according to the 515 Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 26.04.19, "On goods labelling by identifying marks and its traceability", the gradual introduction is implemented for the trade participants.

    "The labelling process practically showed  new concerns business had faced with.   Due to these reasons, the paces need to be slowed down for special business activities" - reported Vladimir Golovnev, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman.

    After the Government's application to the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation, an additional stage was created for footwear manufacturers, for imports and in trade by July the 1st of 2020 year.

    There are mandatory marking already existed in Russia for tobacco, perfume, pneumatic tyres, cameras and flash  lamps, including five groups of incombustible.       The mandatory labeling is scheduled for medications from the beginning of this year, for milk dairy products - since 01.06.20 and on July 1st- for footwear goods labeling.

    The national mark system Fair sign.rf allows to check out the product authenticity on site or by using a special application. The main task of Fair sign system is to guarantee the goods genuineness and quality to the customers.
