The list of enterprises, that could continue their activities on high alert, has been expanded in Moscow Region
On an equal basis with essential goods and food supply enterprises, in Moscow Region can operate the enterprises, that provide warehouse and logistics services, including the construction sector
The Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov signed a resolution, which clarify the list of enterprises, that could continue their activities on self-isolation regime applies throughout the country, linked to the COVID-19 proliferation.
"In accordance with the Governor's decision, these enterprises include the following:
The enterprises with non-stop activity, according to the technical grounds.
The enterprises with essential goods and food supply.
The enterprises that provide warehouse and logistics services.
The enterprises, operating in an emergency situation, including the construction sector."- informed the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
The gathering and compilation of information is carried out of enterprises acting in Moscow Region these days. This information is accumulated by the Moscow Region state and municipal services portal. "- noted Vladimir Golovnev.
Thus, the working enterprises are obliged to respect the sanitary and hygienic rules to avoid the Coronavirus proliferation.
As the regional Ministry of Industry and Science Investment clarified, the entities of household services, of car wash and tire services, beauty salons with medical license, industrial enterprises (regardless of the production sphere) could be reopen.
In addition, the necessary facilities can be maintained on capital and residential constructions. The hotels remain open also.
At the same time, the enterprise should adopt a local act of work to be continued and all the hygienic rules observed in emergency situation.
All staff members shell be informed of decision undertaken and instructed properly.
The details of the number of staff and working regime shall be placed on the Moscow Region state and municipal services portal.
"First of all, the enterprises continue their activities, have to provide security working regime for staff members. The workers should monitor body temperature, to keep a safe distance at least 1,5 meters. The passage to work must exclude queue and crowd creation.
The compliance with these measures would allow to work freely. "- reported the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
The cafés, bars, restaurants remain closed, but they are permitted to sell by courier service, as well as" coffee to go".
The work of spa/ massage salons, solariums, saunas and such objects, retail shops (except for groceries and essential goods shops or delivery) are prohibited. This also includes the non-ferrous metal reception point, the enterprises provide cultural, sport performances with presence of people.
