According to the words of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, the work with business appeals in Moscow Region, during Coronavirus pandemic period, demonstrates well consolidation of society and authority on difficult time for everyone.
An entrepreneur from Istra district did not succeed to resolve a formal issue, that has been on pause for 1,5 years, due to the lack of dialogue with local administration before. But after intervention of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, the answer from administration was received ahead of schedule, including the information of meeting held with an applicant and the necessary assistance provided.
"The Istra urban district administration held a workshop for the decision required and ready to provide assistance in modifying documents of territorial planning and zoning construction of Istra urban district within existing authority" - as was said in the letter received.
Having successful functioning in cyberspace and high technology for long time, the entrepreneur informed of that "one cadastral error, hasn't been corrected by former Istra administration ovet 1,5 years at all, has significantly affected on our activity."
"The formal issue of lands, that have been operated as industrial and vehicular since 1975 year, remains unresolved so far.
The surroundings to our production still being included in the functional area of agricultural use on the general plan by mistake. We are ready to invest 70 to 150 million rubles in vehicle cluster construction, including service structure and petrol stations. "- as was said in the appeal to the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
After receiving the municipal response, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev keep the matter under his control. The entrepreneur was provided with all information required during his meeting with the administration representatives.
"This appeal remains under my direct control, we do not leave the applicants halfway. At the same time, I am glad we make very constructive dialogue between business and municipal authority. Every profitable production, every responsible taxpayer and employer, every investor deserves special attention these days, because they're making the region economy ". - concluded the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
