Based on the region decision and at the rate of Coronavirus pandemic proliferation, a large number of enterprises and organizations suspended their work all over the Moscow Region.

    In particular, since April 13th, all construction sites closed, with the exception of medical facilities once, either continual cycle of transport infrastructure or construction related to national projects implementation. The construction of agricultural facilities to increase the volume of food and agricultural production is permitted.

    Since April 15th, the electronic access cards are required for personal and public transport.

    The following enterprises are allowed to operate: medical organizations, pharmacy, food and essential goods shops, the entities that ensure the defense capability, forest protection, the agricultural operation or crucial infrastructure objects.

    The home services and beauty salons, even with medical license, have stopped their activities.

    During the week is prohibited any car sharing and taxi service, (with the exception of those, who has special license for action in Moscow and Moscow Region).

    The car and tire services may carry out only urgent work for car and road user safety.

    The remote marketing of all the goods is available as well as remote service providing. In particular, this relates to the computer and other gadgets and home appliances repair. A courier may pick it up and bring it back if necessary.

    Every entity, intends to continue acting, should adopt a local act of work with all the hygienic rules observed in emergency situation. The heads of enterprises should inform the staff of that decision and all the sanitary conditions.     "The main purpose of the heads of enterprises is to provide the staff with personal protective equipment and to observe the hygienic rules, including room disinfection, the temperature monitoring, the distance between workers and workplaces maintaining, scheduling to avoid crowding at one place ". - reminded the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
