The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev assisted the entrepreneur to complete the process of official registration with regional tax authorities.
The CEO of a limited liability company applied to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region of repeated refusal of interdistrict tax office to provide official registration with reference to legal address change.
Having considered the arguments, the Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev addressed a letter to the head of Moscow Region Tax Office, requesting to consider the arguments of businessman and make decisions required.
Thus, all the efforts to make registration have failed since September 2019.
According to the entreprener's words, in connection with the relocation of the office from Moscow to Khimki, he submitted to the tax office numerous applications of the address change, but has got rejected in official registration each time. The tax authorities reffered to insignificant violations in the way of submitting documents.
"As a result of work with this complain, the entrepreneur was supplied with all the necessary explanation of the registration refusal, related to the incorrect data and specific filing instructions provided.
An outcome of this case - is a successful complete of the registration to a new legal address of the company with annotation to the consolidated State register of legal entities (EGRUL) ". - informed the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev
