The Moscow Region Department of Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation answered the entrepreneur's questions.
On May 27th of 2020, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev held a webinar dedicated to tax legislation compliance during the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Deputy head of Moscow Region Department of Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation Nikolay Batsenkov answered the questions of regional business.
With a welcoming address Vladimir Golovnev opened the meeting, having focused on the main issues to consider. He indicated also other important aspects of regional business, that were received before.
“This event participated over 130 representatives of regional business community in conference mode. We received up to 50 proposals from all municipalities. The following issues were the most frequently listed among the others:
- a possibility of receiving subsidies not only by the main OKVED, a tax delay for lessors-individual entrepreneurs, the conditions of obtaining the subsidy of a minimum wage, tax inspections moratorium observation within pandemic”- said Vladimir Golovnev, opening the workshop.
The Deputy head of Moscow Region Department of Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation Nikolay Batsenkov demonstrated a presentation "On subsidies for business within the framework of the state support", dedicated to issues required. In his statement Nikolay Batsenkov detailed of the supporting measures in taxation, of the subsidies conditions. He answered online all the questions from entrepreneurs.
“Along with tax service we carefully analyse all the issues and proposals being raised during this meeting as well as those we received before. We will prepare necessary answers for further transferring to all the participants.
On May 28th I will bring some proposals up at the workshop the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights Boris Titov will hold. These proposals were prepared by Moscow regional department of All-Russian public organization "Business Russia" and are aimed at supporting small and medium business."- said Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev in conclusion.
