The Commissioner's Office for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in Moscow Region will review the restriction measures for business in region.
On May 28th the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights Boris Titov held another online workshop with regional business ombudsmen. As a result of this meeting was a decision of region rating establishment in order to compare the restriction measures that affect business and statistic data of epidemic situation in region.
According to the words of Boris Titov, the possibility of returning to work for entrepreneurs - is the main factor for economy restoration.
"It is really important for business be not locked more than real situation requires. Every week we will review the current restriction measures in regions to compare with medic's data. Thus, this rating clarifies appropriate actions of local authorities. This matter requires careful attention, as every next day of unexplained work downtime leads to new business losses"- underlined Boris Titov within workshop. In particular, Boris Titov sited an experience of Ulyanovsk region as an example.
On March 30th a self-isolation regime and business activity limitation were implemented due to the COVID-19 proliferation. And from April 20th shopping malls, beauty salons, production facilities and gyms returned to work. Besides, gyms are allowed to carry out outdoor training.
The obligatory condition to open is employer's willingness being responsible for staff security.
The pass permission for entities is available online. A special declaration provided on e-platform contains demand check list that needs to be fill in to start working again.
"Steadly Moscow Region returns to daily life - since May 18th, according to the Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov's decision, may reopen the production and construction entities, building houses, schools, kindergartens and social objects. A permit regime was canceled, that is a sign for gradual removal of restrictions. All the problems business faces during the Coronavirus pandemic we are ready to consider promptly.
Every system and individual questions, including the proposals of small and medium business support should be transferred to state departments concerned"- informed the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
