Over 800 business applications considered in May 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
Up to 5 thousand applications from region entrepreneurs were considered in Commissioner's Office during last 5 months. Monthly number of complaints has increased significantly from March to May this year due to the restriction measures of Coronavirus prevention.
Since the beginning of the year up to 5012 appeals were considered by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman, including 815 of May. Last month the Commissioner's Office has worked on 339 applications, 66 of them were forwarded directly to the Commissioner, 273 applications ended by consulting and legal support.
Every municipal and intermunicipal public receptions of 49 Moscow Region urban districts had worked in May 2020 on 476 written and verbal business appeals.
"The Commissioner's Office and its municipal public receptions have been working online almost constantly since March. The number of incoming appeals from businessmen has increased significantly as many entrepreneurs were not ready to crisis. Some individuals and entities enforced to stop their activities. Our mission is to support the workers, provide the way out of this situation and to intervent the case if required "- said the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
According to his words, various social networks and messengers available today for this purpose, in order to respond quickly.
"They play special role today not only consider the current tasks, but to provide some help in difficult terms by sharing the experience, necessary information and mental support in particular." - added Vladimir Golovnev.
Most of business issues related to the restriction measures implemented in the case of pandemic proliferation. The entrepreneurs need the innovations being clarified, the restrictions being mitigated. Thus, they would like to make amendments for current legislation themselves.
This is how the Top 10 of basic appeals of last 5 months appears: the first place shared two themes relating to law enforcement activities and various administrative obstacles - 18, 2% both, second place is for land properties - 16,7%,
state procurement violations (state and municipal contract performance) - 11,8%, non-stationary trading 9,9%, taxation - 9,4%, supervision - 4,4%, municipal services - 3,4%, transport - 2,5%, advertising - 0,9%, construction 0,9%"- clarified the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
Besides the business appeals processing, the Commissioner's Office and heads of municipal public receptions constantly provide free legal assistance, consultations, methodical and information support for entrepreneurs, including very important issues of getting subsidies, social and tax benefits, subsidized loans and other occasions.
