The Moscow Region Minister of agriculture and food Andrey Rasin responded to questions of regional business
On June 16th 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev held a webinar dedicated to working standards of sales and services. Over 150 representatives of business community participated this meeting. The entrepreneurs concerned the issues they had to face on the first pandemic exit stage.
According to the words of Andrey Rasin, while supervising working standards of sales and services, the Ministry of Agricultural is ready to consider business proposals and criticism. In particular, Andrey Rasin interested in technology of items sterilization that was submitted by a businesswoman from Bogorodsky urban district. Thus, for sterilization of fabric, being used on fitting by customers, she adopted special boxes.
"Indeed we will study this technology for further supporting to widely use." - noted the head of Ministry.
Within this event, the Moscow Region Minister of agriculture and food informed of special mobile app available for entrepreneurs to report working standards in a few minutes, instead of e-mail that takes a lot of time both of entrepreneurs and inspectors.
Andrey Rasin clarified that bactericidal lamps are not necessary on the summer terraces in Moscow Region. The entity's representatives may be inspectors equally as outsourced specialists.
Inspector should monitor customers and staff compliance to all the standard requirements. The entity specifies the number of inspectors on its own. "- explained Andrey Rasin. He also reminded that Moscow Region is on the first stage of restrictions removal, some of the rules entry into force on the third stage.
This relates, for example, to children clubs and private kindergartens, sport sections.
Andrey Rasin answered a question of a beauty area representative about wearing a mask when working with customers. The standards prescribe wearing masks in room both customers and masters. "How to deal with mustache and beard if a customer likes to trim them?" - enquired a beauty salon owner.
If interpret the standards literally, it turns out that only haircuts available in salons, but the beards men should tidy up at home, because they have to put the mask off in salons." - explained Andrey Rasin.
"To date business progressively comes out of the pandemic restrictions. We have to allow it working steadily, the entrepreneurs are optimistic enough to restore their business back to normal.
In order to prevent further Coronavirus proliferation, special standards have been developed to comply with. It may avoid either the COVID-19 proliferation or heavy fines for standards non-compliance. "- concluded the webinar the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
According to his words, this webinar practice only proves highly effectiveness for business and authority cooperation.
