The Moscow Region entities without Coronavirus outbreak set to work in May. Their activity is regulated by mandatory standards: temperature control, mask regime, disinfection and staff testing. How did the enterprises got over crisis and acting now, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev inspected during his work visit to Istra district.

    Along with the head of Istra district Tatyana Vitusheva and the head of Istra regional Commissioner ' public reception Sergey Gureev, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev visited the LLC "K-Flex", specializing in output of thermal and sound insulation for engineering networks and building construction.

     Despite the Italian descent (the factory enters the large international holding IK INSULATION GROUP, with headquarters in Ronchello, Italy), the entity is well established on Russian land Istra.

     "There is lack in other regions of such conditions, possibilities and approaches as in Moscow and Moscow Region" - clarified the CEO Andjy Trushkovsky. The manufacture is equipped with modern, high technology, based on the latest technology development and got the facilities to satisfy not only Russian market requirements, but to continue the output increase, according to the customer's needs. "K-Flex" participates all the large local projects and cooperates with Gazprom, Rosneft, Lukoil, Kesholding, Mechel, Severstal, Siburg, AG Miratorg, Unilever, Aushan, Ikea, Mega, Capital group, Olimstroy and others.

    Another one production site in Istra district is being studied now. This means extra work places for residents and additional funds for city budget.

    "Medium and large business with 10, 20,100, 500 workers have suffered from restrictions the same way as service and trade sectors. Why did they? Because their management was responsible for its staff preservation, the main asset.

    It is gratifying the" K-Flex " management saved 100% of its staff, that is 311 persons, with pre-crisis wages. In addition, the entity started an investment project implementation to establish another few hundred work places", - commented Vladimir Golovnev.

    The local administration supports the Moscow Region enterprises development at all levels.

    "We have been keeping in touch with all the entities of Istra district during pandemic period, working practically on manual operation. As for " K-Flex ", its acting in nonstop mode indeed.

    The main task the municipality has set - to prevent the entity from stopping and to save itself and regional economic potential therfore.

    “We did our best for this purpose “, - said the Head of district Tatyana Vitusheva.

    Having summarized the meeting, Vladimir Golovnev concluded that favourable and supportive epidemic situation on entity and its gradually development despite of difficult economic period - is a prime example of business and authority interaction.
