A businessman was paid in full with help of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman.
The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev considered an application of a LLC CEO about improper performance of obligations of budget health entity for outdoor cleaning in Zvenigorod urban district in 2020 year.
According to the applicant, a health entity GAUS MO "KZVMiR" didn't pay for services in 2020 till May this year. Thus, outdoor cleaning conducted timely and with due quality.
"To consider this matter and identify the causes of contract violation, that was concluded at the end of 2019, we had to apply to regional Ministry of Health and to Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General.
It is pointless to write everything off as a costs of the Coronavirus pandemic, as the health entity could pay during three months of the first quarter this year. The COVID-19 pandemic has not yet been announced there"- commented Vladimir Golovnev.
In order to consider this case, to identify the inaction of health entity' authorities and required measures being taken, the proper letters were forwarded to regional Ministry of Health and to Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General.
"In June 2020, the payment of 720 thousand rubles, that is a half year debt, came into applicant's account. The work with this case is closed now"- concluded the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
