On July 29th of 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev along with the head of Bogorodsky urban district Igor Sukhin opened a public reception in Noginsk and held a personal meeting with entrepreneurs, during which he took 5 appeals from Bogorodsky businessmen. The applications related to challenging the cadastral value of lands, cancellation of disposable shoes mandatory labeling, tax and social payments delay, changing the main activity (OKVED) for a state support and other legal aspects of scheduled and unscheduled regulatory ' inspections.

    "Despite the fact that the Coronavirus pandemic made some modifications in our work, and an official opening of the public reception moved to almost six months, the head of Noginsk reception Magomet Sakalov is very active in business protection in region since the beginning of this year. Very significant work with 50 business appeals he made over 6 months. Besides this, he held up to 200 consultations for this time ". - informed the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.

    According to the words of Vladimir Golovnev, the main part of business appeals is considered in 37 municipal and intermunicipal public receptions of 49 Moscow Region municipalities.

     "Our public receptions considered over five thousand applications from regional businessmen during the first half of this year. Our main task is to support the entrepreneurs, to provide them with local information and methodical help and legal support if it is necessary.

    Thus, we can help the businessmen to avoid wasting time on the way to Moscow, as the heads of public receptions keep all the information required to consider enormous tasks when it is not available to do on municipal level.

    That's why we try to provide the efficient functioning of the receptions in every municipality of Moscow Region"- said the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

    During the visit he also went to an entity "Chistovie", the leader of disposable supplies for medicine and beauty industry. Vladimir Golovnev reviewed the production process and presented to the CEO deputy LLC "Chistovie" Anna Kirilova a memorable statue of "Merkuron", that was established in Bogorodsky district, for winning the nomination "The best entity in consumer services".
